My Therapy Hub – Not My Replacement, But…

I’ve been carefully training an AI assistant to act as a supportive extension of my work – essentially, a bridge between our sessions. It’s here to help you reflect, practice skills and possibly even find guidance when I’m not personally available.

It’s not a replacement for me or real counseling, but it can:

  • Ask thoughtful questions to help you clarify what you’re going through.
  • Share practical tools, coping strategies, and reflective prompts you can use right away.
  • Remind you of techniques we might work on together, so progress continues between sessions.
  • Provide gentle support in the moments you need to pause, reset, or gain perspective.

The Hub is a specially trained resource, something I have been working on personally – available to you anytime, offering the same care and evidence-based approach that guides my work.
